The tool supports the ICS file format, so you can import and export your calendars with ease. The new tasks and events can be included in the default calendar or you can connect and sync it with iCalendar. For easier management, you can create categories so you can sort events easier.
Optionally, you can include a relevant URL, specify if the entry is private or public and whether this is recurring. Adding a new entry entails specifying a few details, such as summary, location, start and end time. You can add a new event or task by right-clicking directly on the calendar or from the System Tray. The calendar is accompanied by two additional boxes where you can preview the events and tasks of the day and that can also be moved independently across the desktop. By default, the calendar highlights the current month and day, but you can easily navigate to other months and days using the dedicated arrows located at the top.
